“Sayura Rakina Ralla” – Beach Clean-up

Marine Environment Protection Authority which is responsible for prevention, controlling and managing pollution in Sri Lanka’s marine environment, conducts a monthly beach clean-up programme under the project “Sayura Rakina Ralla”.

The programme of April of this series will be held on Thursday, 7th of April, 2022 from 8.30 am to 10.30 am at Dehiwala Beach.✨

Zero Plastic National Movement has been invited for this programme to educate the public on the importance of protecting marine lives while acting as an example for them. Therefore, we hope to participate with around 100 volunteers who are interested and enthusiastic to join with us.
