Green Solution for the Corporate World

March 19, 2025 – Online Webinar – The Green Solution for the Corporate World webinar was successfully conducted on March 19th at 8:30 PM, bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs, and sustainability advocates to discuss eco-friendly business strategies.

The session was led by M.M. Rizwy, a former radiotherapist with expertise in radiotherapy, general management, and nuclear science, currently pursuing an MPhil in Nuclear Science at the University of Colombo (Reading – SL). Rizwy shared his extensive knowledge on sustainability within the corporate sector, emphasizing the importance of reducing carbon footprints, implementing zero-waste policies, and integrating renewable energy into business operations.

Throughout the webinar, participants explored practical solutions to adopting sustainable practices, addressing the challenges businesses face in incorporating eco-friendly policies. Rizwy also presented case studies of successful green businesses, demonstrating how they managed to align profitability with environmental responsibility.

An interactive Q&A segment allowed attendees to discuss industry-specific sustainability concerns and seek expert advice on overcoming barriers to implementing green practices in their businesses.

The webinar concluded with a strong call to action, urging businesses to view green solutions not only as an ethical obligation but as a strategic advantage in today’s competitive marketplace.
