Empowering Students towards a sustainble pathway.

On 25th of July 2024, the ZeroPlastic Community at Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka continued its mission to nurture sustainability awareness among the youth by organizing the AlterEco 3.0 Phase 02 project. The initiative was held at R/St’Alosiyus Vidyalaya, where dedicated ZeroPlastic volunteers from the university engaged with the school’s students.

The AlterEco 3.0 program is designed to educate and empower young minds, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace eco-friendly practices. Through interactive sessions, the volunteers captivated the students, guiding them through topics ranging from waste management to renewable energy solutions.
