ZeroPlastic Awards Ceremony 2025: Celebrating Excellence, Leadership, and Impact

The ZeroPlastic Awards Ceremony 2025, held on 20th December 2025 at the New Arts Theatre, University of Colombo, marked a proud and memorable milestone for the ZeroPlastic Movement. The event brought together youth leaders, volunteers, university representatives, and partners from across Sri Lanka to celebrate a year of dedication, innovation, and meaningful environmental action.

The ceremony stood as a tribute to the power of youth-led change, honouring individuals, teams, and institutions that transformed commitment into real impact. Each award reflected stories of leadership, teamwork, creativity, and perseverance, reinforcing the belief that collective action can build a cleaner and more sustainable future.

Following the opening remarks, awards were presented across five main categories, recognising excellence at every level of the movement.
