Zero Plastic in Nature, Zero Microplastics in Humans
At ZeroPlastic Movement, a mission to inspire a shift in behavior is embraced, aiming to significantly reduce plastic pollution while fostering a market for locally produced plastic alternatives.
Focus is anchored on three primary objectives:
– Social behavior change (SBC) for the Zero Plastic 4Rs: Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle is promoted.
– The use of sustainable plastic alternatives is encouraged.
– The ZeroPlastic Club network is expanded and empowered globally.
ZeroPlastic Movement is recognized as a dynamic environmental organization, supported by over 11,000 dedicated volunteers. Collaboration with government entities, corporations, INGOs, and CSOs is established to magnify the impact. A future free from plastic pollution and single-use plastics is envisioned.
The Zero Plastic Movement is also backed by its own Zero Plastic Club network, which consists of societies established in universities and is now expanding across the region.
