“Talk With Zero” is a unique initiative by the Professional Development Avenue of ZeroPlastic University of Peradeniya, designed to capture and share the experiences of former leaders through face to face interviews. The programme goal is to make their insights accessible to current members and the wider community, offering lessons in leadership, environmental awareness and social responsibility.

 

This session featured distinguished Resource Persons:-

Lakmi Gunasekara – Former President

Nimesh Karunasinghe – Former Vice President

Evumie Ranathunga – Former Treasurer

 

They shared their journeys with ZeroPlastic reflecting on their achievements, challenges and unforgettable experiences, providing inspiration and guidance to the younger generation.

The event took place on March 27, 2026, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM at the Auditorium, Department of Education, Faculty of Arts, with over 55 enthusiastic volunteers in attendance.
